4, 2024, waste types that are currently economically impractical to process and for which state incentives for the introduction of processing technologies are provided include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>organic waste (food, agricultural, landscaping waste, branches, leaves, etc.) \u2014 for the production of organic fertilizers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>waste processed by pyrolysis to obtain gas (for electricity production), liquid fuel, and rubber raw materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tetra Pak packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>used power supply elements (batteries, batteries, and other current sources);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hygiene products (diapers, medical masks, and other items);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fluorescent lamps;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>glass waste;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>waste of electronic and electrical products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chemical waste (paints, aerosols, brake and hydraulic fluids, solvents, and other chemical substances);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certain types of plastic waste (excluding PET): HDPE, PVC, LDPE, PP, PS.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Types of waste classified as \"recyclable\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all types of plastic waste;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paper and waste paper (newspapers, magazines, cardboard, office paper, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>glass products and glass fragments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>textile waste;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rubber and rubber-technical products (vehicle tires, cameras, conveyor belts,
