Disposal of waste in undesignated areas is prohibited. According to Article 91 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, discarding solid household and construction waste in undesignated places, as well as discharging liquid household waste, entails administrative liability. For committing this offense, citizens are subject to a fine ranging from 3 to 5 BCA, and officials from 50 to 100 BCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If this offense is committed repeatedly within one year after the application of an administrative penalty, the fine for citizens is from 10 to 15 BCA. Furthermore, Article 91 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for liability for violating requirements in the field of waste management, including requirements for its collection, transportation, placement, storage, disposal, and processing. Thus, the dumping of construction waste, household waste, and other waste along roadsides, in vacant lots, in common areas, and in other places not intended for this purpose constitutes a violation of legislation and entails established administrative liability.
