Dear legal entities!

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 4, 2024, No. PF-5, from July 1, 2024, services for the collection and removal of solid household waste for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are provided on the basis of a public offer agreement.

• The contract is formed on the "TOZA XUDUD" platform and sent to the taxpayer's personal account on the my.soliq.uz portal.
• Signing is carried out by electronic signature within 10 days. In case of non-confirmation, the contract enters into force automatically.
• Previously concluded contracts in paper form lose their force.

Starting from 2025, the provision of services to organizations that have not concluded contracts in the new procedure may be suspended.
