Who is authorized to determine the location of waste collection sites???

Recently, citizens have been receiving appeals for the construction of waste collection sites, relocation of existing ones, or changing their location.

It should be especially noted that the issue of construction, placement, or relocation of existing waste collection sites is decided by the district khokimiyat, the citizens' assembly of the mahalla, or the Homeowners' Association (HOA). The SUE "Maxsustrans-ICHB" is the organization responsible for preventing the accumulation of waste at the sites and providing services in compliance with established sanitary requirements.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 02.10.2018 No. 787:

Issues related to the placement of PHCs are decided by the district khokimiyat, mahalla, and BCC.
Covered areas will be built according to the approved project.
Modules can be installed in densely populated areas.
Demolition of the old site will be carried out after the construction of a new site.
