At the fourth plenary session of the Senate, the law “On additional and amendments to certain legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at strengthening payment discipline in the field of the provision of waste collection and withdrawal services” was considered.

Today, however, as a result of the untimely implementation of payments for services provided in this area, accounts receivable are sharply increasing. The system reportedly accumulated receivables of Rs 600 crore.

As a result, such a situation is an obstacle to investing in the renewal of the main funds of organizations belonging to the network and improving the quality of services, to the widespread involvement of business entities and representatives of the private sector in the industry.

At this time, the impact on the subscriber who did not make a timely payment will be avoided
