Sample a public offer for the removal of household waste

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5 dated January 4, 2024, "On Measures to Improve the Waste Management System and Reduce its Negative Impact on the Environmental Situation," starting July 1 of this year, solid household waste collection and removal services for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using separate real estate will be provided on the basis of a public offer.

The decree states:

In this case, the offer agreement is concluded exclusively between legal entities or individual entrepreneurs using a separate immovable property for their activities and the sanitary cleaning enterprise assigned to the territory where this immovable property is located;

The Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Councils of People's Deputies of regions and the city of Tashkent, based on the type and specifics of the activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, will approve for them the norms for waste collection, on the basis of which the amount of payments under the public offer will be determined.

In this case, the sanitary company attached to this area will remove the garbage from the business facility, and the entrepreneur will have to pay the specified fee automatically. This is a mutually acceptable solution.
