Those who do not pay on time have not paid for waste for 2-3 years. The reason is simple: it was not possible to stop the service individually. Now this has been put to an end. According to the law on strengthening payment discipline in the field of waste collection and removal services, if the waste debt is not eliminated within 5 days, payments for electricity will not be accepted. This can cause citizens to be left without electricity. Such an experience exists in the developed countries of the world. In fact, one should not wait for a certain measure to be taken. 
If we form a payment discipline ourselves, there will be no problem.
