Procedure for setting tariffs for household waste services

Tariffs for mandatory payments for household waste removal services are reviewed and approved in stages and in the prescribed manner by several authorized state bodies with an economic justification.

In the process of tariff formation, the cost of services, production and operating costs, as well as factors ensuring the financial stability of enterprises are taken into account. This process is carried out not by the will of an individual, but on the basis of economic analysis and regulatory legal acts. The enterprise, as a self-supporting entity, carries out its activities on the principle of self-financing. In this regard, the enterprise's income and expense balance is formed mainly from payments from the population and funds received from services provided by the enterprise.
