Currently, an on-site reception of citizens is being held at the capital's "Uzexpocentre" exhibition complex. The event is attended by a working group from the "Maxsustrans" State Unitary Enterprise, which receives appeals from residents related to the enterprise's activities and the city's sanitary cleaning sector. During the reception, representatives of the enterprise are listening carefully to the problems, proposals and initiatives of citizens related to the removal of household waste, the sanitary condition of the territories and the quality of communal services provided. For each appeal, appropriate explanations are provided, and constructive ways to resolve the outlined issues are proposed. Appeals requiring additional study are taken under supervision for further consideration and prompt response.
