Trade Union
During the period January–June, the following activities were carried out by the trade union committee of the Management.
In honor of International Women’s Day, all women and girls working in the system of the State Enterprise “Maxsustrans” were provided with free tickets to a festive concert at the “Xalqlar Do‘stligi” Palace and to a performance at the Academic Russian Theatre.
In connection with International Children’s Day, visits to festive concerts at the “Xalqlar Do‘stligi” Palace and the Alisher Navoi Palace of Arts were organized for all children of the employees of the Management.
During the summer holidays, subscriptions for children’s attractions were purchased and distributed to the children of the Management’s employees. A total of 36,615,000 UZS was spent for these purposes.
In order to improve the health of employees, vouchers were allocated to the “Kibray” and “Chortoq” sanatoriums, the Ibn Sino clinic, and the Republican Endocrinology Center, totaling 11,490,520 UZS.
600,000 UZS was spent on sports and health activities.
During the reporting period, financial assistance in the amount of 1,900,000 UZS was provided to low-income employees.
During 2020, the trade union committee of the Board carried out the following activities.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, all women working in the management system received free tickets to the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre named after Alisher Navoi, to a gala concert at the Palace of Friendship of Peoples, and to the Russian Academic Theatre.
During the year, financial assistance totaling 55,269,000 UZS was provided to employees in need of social protection.
During 2021, the trade union committee of the Board carried out the following activities.
The annual subscription to local periodical publications amounted to 2,636,400 UZS.
For the New Year, free tickets to circus performances were distributed to the children of workers and employees, totaling 42,167,070 UZS.
During the year, financial assistance totaling 24,900,000 UZS was provided to employees in need of social protection.
For the “Navruz” holiday, 600 free circus tickets were distributed to employees’ children.
Financial assistance in the amount of 42,238,776 UZS was provided to 38 employees in need of social protection.
In connection with the Ramadan Eid holiday, food supplies worth 20,000,000 UZS were distributed to employees.
27,000,000 UZS was spent on an event dedicated to the Day of Remembrance and Honor.
At the event, commemorative gifts worth 15,115,000 UZS were presented to system employees.
A total of 3,822,000 UZS was spent on the annual subscription to the newspaper “Ishonch”.
Excursions to the Samarkand and Khorezm regions were organized, totaling 16,830,000 UZS.
Vouchers worth 13,400,000 UZS were distributed to camps, and 45,863,000 UZS to sanatoriums.
In honor of International Women’s Day, commemorative gifts worth 71,750,000 UZS were distributed to all women working in the system of the State Enterprise “Maxsustrans Production Directorate”.
In connection with Ramadan Eid, 100 employees with disabled children received food supplies worth 43,570,000 UZS.
Employees were provided with financial assistance in the amount of 62,100,000 UZS.
Vouchers worth 30,160,000 UZS were distributed to employees’ children for rest in camps.
To improve health, vouchers worth 27,110,000 UZS were purchased and allocated to sanatoriums.
Tickets worth 52,000,000 UZS were purchased and distributed for cultural events, concerts, and theaters.
In connection with the New Year, food supplies worth 47,268,000 UZS were provided to 100 low-income employees.
Tickets worth 84,220,000 UZS were purchased and distributed free of charge for employees’ cultural and entertainment events.
Camp vouchers worth 69,500,000 UZS were obtained and issued to employees with children under 14 years old.
During the year, financial assistance in the amount of 91,000,000 UZS was provided to employees in need of financial support.
In honor of International Women’s Day, gifts worth 144,000,000 UZS were distributed to all women.
During the Ramadan Eid holiday, food supplies worth 8,157,000 UZS were distributed to 20 low-income employees.
In honor of the 33rd anniversary of Independence, food supplies worth 41,760,000 UZS were distributed to employees in need.
A total of 9,442,000 UZS was allocated for the annual subscription to the newspaper “Ishonch”.
In 2025, the Trade Union Committee of SUE “Maxsustrans IChB” carried out the following activities:
On the occasion of March 8 — International Women’s Day, tickets for праздничные мероприятия were purchased in the amount of 73,160,000 (seventy-three million one hundred sixty thousand) UZS.
In connection with the 34th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, food products worth 37,920,000 (thirty-seven million nine hundred twenty thousand) UZS were distributed to 100 of the most socially vulnerable employees (including low-income families and employees with children with disabilities).
Financial assistance in the total amount of 150,600,000 (one hundred fifty million six hundred thousand) UZS was provided to employees of the SUE “Maxsustrans IChB” system.
For recreation in children’s camps, vouchers worth 95,350,000 (ninety-five million three hundred fifty thousand) UZS were provided to employees’ children.
Funds in the amount of 92,389,150 (ninety-two million three hundred eighty-nine thousand one hundred fifty) UZS were allocated for employees’ sanatorium and health resort treatment.
On the occasion of the New Year, food products worth 52,934,000 (fifty-two million nine hundred thirty-four thousand) UZS were distributed to 100 of the most socially vulnerable employees (including low-income families and employees with children with disabilities).
Based on the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-87 dated May 13, 2025, domestic travel trips across Uzbekistan were organized for employees throughout 2025.
In particular, on June 23, 2025, a group of employees visited the Khorezm region, and another trip was organized to the Bukhara region.
On June 1–2, August 16–17, and September 20–21, 2025, trips were organized to the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region. On October 11–12, 2025, a trip to the city of Samarkand was organized for employees.
