MAXSUSTRANS
By the Resolution of the Executive Committee of the Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies dated April 28, 1990, the “Tashkent Waste Processing Enterprise” was established.
On February 9, 2000, based on the certificate of the Tashkent City Khokimiyat No. FN019897, the name “Maxsustrans Production Directorate” was assigned to the state enterprise.
The State Enterprise “Maxsustrans Production Directorate” carries out activities for the collection and removal of municipal solid waste from residents, organizations, and enterprises. “Maxsustrans” has 12 district branches, the “Maxsustrans Ta’mir Xizmat” branch, and the “Municipal Solid Waste Transfer and Disposal Enterprise” branch. It also operates waste transfer stations in the Yunusabad, Yashnabad, and Yakkasaray districts.

Waste collection points under the enterprise’s management
Through the modernization of the enterprise’s information and communication systems, an online monitoring process for the operation of specialized equipment has been established. A total of 330 new GPS monitoring devices have been purchased and installed on vehicles to fully replace outdated equipment.

Construction and reconstruction of transfer stations
Infrastructure
The State Enterprise “Maxsustrans Production Directorate” has 643 waste collection points under its management, and a construction team has been formed within the enterprise to reconstruct part of these sites.
From March to July 2023, using the enterprise’s own resources, the construction team demolished and rebuilt 3 waste collection points.
7 waste collection points have been constructed and commissioned in accordance with sanitary standards.
2024
Large-scale modernization of the fleet and infrastructure
Development
34 new waste collection vehicles have been purchased.
15 ISUZU waste collection trucks with a 12 m³ capacity have been equipped with snow removal devices.
60 waste chutes have been constructed and commissioned, and 410 have been repaired.
30 modern new-type modules have been installed.
1,250 containers have been purchased, and information panels have been installed at 932 locations.
581 waste collection facilities have been registered in the cadastre.
Surveillance cameras and control systems have been installed at city facilities.
Alternative enterprises have been eliminated, and mahallas have been assigned.
2025
During 2025, the State Enterprise "Maxsustrans " carried out effective work to improve the sanitary condition of the city, improve the quality of services, and introduce modern solutions.
Development
Branches: There are 12 district motor transport branches.
Special equipment: The total number of garbage collection vehicles is 387.
Collection points: There are a total of 1055 waste collection sites, 153 of which are modular-type.
Container fleet: 17,362 waste containers in use.
Personnel: The enterprise employs 1,846 workers and employees.
Preparation for winter: Preventive preparations have been carried out for 376 units of equipment to operate during the winter season.
12 new waste collection sites have been built.
Capital repairs have been carried out at 60 facilities.
30 sites have been completely reconstructed (destroyed and rebuilt).
Current repairs have been carried out on 500 sites.
Module update: 60 new modules have been installed and repaired.
Inventory procurement: 1,100 new containers have been purchased.
Equipment: 485 sets of special uniforms for workers have been purchased.
Lease through auction: 589 waste collection sites that have undergone cadastral registration have been advertised for lease to entrepreneurs through online auctions.
Video surveillance: * Online video surveillance cameras have been installed at 515 waste collection sites.
Solar panels with a total capacity of 250 kW have been installed at 124 waste collection sites.
Solar panels with a total capacity of 300 kW have been installed at the branches in the Mirobod, M. Ulugbek, and Uchtepa districts, as well as at the waste transfer stations in the Yunusabad and Yakkasaray districts.
Current Coverage
Currently, the State Enterprise “Maxsustrans Production Directorate” fully serves all mahallas across the entire territory of Tashkent City.
