Age: From 18 years old.

Education: At least secondary specialized or secondary education.

Physical condition: Sufficient health status to work in the area and participate in inventory activities.

Personal qualities:: Communicativeness, Ability to communicate politely with the population and conduct explanatory work. Honesty and integrity. The ability to make correct decisions in difficult situations.

Main duties of the inspector:

• Ensure the timely collection of mandatory payments for services rendered to the population and their transfer to the special settlement account.
• Enter the collected payments into the electronic system correctly.
• To prepare payment notices, registers, and other necessary documents.
• Collect information about newly built houses, additional residents, vacant and ownerless houses, and submit it to a specialist.
• Conduct explanatory work and take measures to recover the debt in the assigned territory.
• To distribute warning letters to subscribers who have outstanding debts.
• Conduct a monthly inventory of households and analyze accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare documents for submission to court for subscribers evading payment.
• Not to use the material and technical resources provided for work for personal purposes.
• Participate in the development of current and long-term plans and monitor their implementation.
• To be financially responsible for the daily full delivery of collected payments.
• Ensure the fulfillment of the daily and monthly receipt plan.
• Maintain records of accounts receivable in the assigned territory and take measures to prevent their growth.
• Generate complete information on streets, houses, and households.
• Ensure the safety of the attached terminal and thermal printer, and use them for their intended purpose.
• Participate in inventory work to determine the population size.
• Exercise other necessary powers within the framework of current legislation.

Working conditions:

• Employment: Official registration according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Driver's license: Availability of valid category rights «C» (mandatory). The presence of a "BC" category is welcome.
• Work experience: At least 2–3 years of experience driving trucks. Experience working with specialized equipment will be an advantage.
• City knowledge: Good knowledge of the streets and the location of neighborhoods in a specific area.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of the truck's structure to monitor its technical condition.
• Personal qualities: Attentiveness, stress resistance, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• departure for the route with the issuance of a waybill, undergoing a medical examination, and having mastered the rules of safety engineering and labor protection;
• washing and cleaning of machinery after the route;
• comply with road safety rules;
• mastering the rules for the technical operation of vehicles;
• not to occupy the cabin of the machinery in excess of the norm and not to place people on the side of the machinery during movement;
• maintenance of equipment in accordance with sanitary rules;
• preparation of equipment for seasonal technical inspection;
• not to exceed the established speed limit during movement;
• movement with excess waste (no additional load on the top or back);
• full compliance with the established route schedule and prevention of deviations from the schedule;
• not to use self-financing material and technical resources for personal interests based on their functional duties.
