The discarding of trash in undesignated locations and in a disorderly manner entails liability in accordance with the law. In this regard, relevant organizations are strengthening control and taking strict measures against violators.

For the past period of March 2025:

The Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health identified 26 cases,
- National Guard Directorate - 337,
- Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change - 176,
- Main Department of Internal Affairs - 2099 such cases.

A total of 2,638 violations were identified in the capital, resulting in fines totaling 1,110,500,000 soums. Relevant organizations will continue this work.
