A complaint was received by the Citizens' Appeals Group from residents of the Sergeli district. The appeal reported the emergence of an illegal waste dump, which was spreading an unpleasant odor, polluting the environment, and harming the health of residents in the surrounding area.

Following this, a working group consisting of "Sergeli-Maxsustrans" employees was promptly formed and dispatched to the specified address. The situation was studied on-site, and the illegally accumulated waste was completely removed, and the problem was promptly resolved.
