In Tashkent, measures are being taken under Article 161 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility regarding instances of dumping solid household waste in undesignated locations. A total of 1,848 violations were identified. Of which:

- 1,709 cases - repeated offenses from 3 to 7 times
- 100 cases - from 8 to 12 times
- 39 cases - from 13 to 23 times

By district:

- The highest number of violations was recorded in the Yashnabad district - 413 (of which 385 were repeated).
- Next are Sergeli district - 329 and Almazar district - 269
- The lowest number of violations was recorded in the Bektemir district (17).

It is noteworthy that cases of systematic violations are recorded—individual citizens commit them dozens of times. We remind you that dumping solid household waste in undesignated areas is a violation of the law. Penalties are applied for such violations.
