At the initiative of Aziz Abdukhakimov, from December 20, 2025, to January 10, 2026, large-scale measures for the improvement and sanitary cleanliness of the republic's territory are being held under the name "Actual 20 Days."

The primary goal of the campaign is to improve the environmental situation, improve the sanitary condition of settlements, and engage the public in environmental cleanliness issues. In accordance with the tasks set, a republican working headquarters has been established under the Waste Management and Circular Economy Development Agency, which coordinates the implementation of activities in all regions of the country. As part of the campaign, sanitary cleaning enterprises organized work to clear territories of solid household waste, eliminate spontaneous landfills, improve public spaces, and improve the sanitary condition of settlements.
