In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, a nationwide charity hashar will be held across the country on March 13-14.

Within the framework of the hashar:
- Neighborhoods, areas around apartment buildings, and private yards will be put in order;
- landscaping work has been carried out on streets, squares, pilgrimage sites, and cemeteries;
- children's playgrounds have been renovated;
- Treatment of trees and planting of new saplings;
- Within the framework of the "Yashil Makon" project, territories will be additionally landscaped;
- assistance in improving housing conditions for citizens in need of social support.

This initiative is aimed at further strengthening the atmosphere of cleanliness, unity, and cohesion in mahallas.
