The same offense committed repeatedly within a year after the application of an administrative penalty:

entails the imposition of a fine on citizens from 5 to 10 BCA (from 1 million 350 thousand soums to 2 million 700 thousand soums), and on officials from 20 to 30 BCA (from 5 million 400 thousand soums to 8 million 100 thousand soums).
