In the capital, work continues on digitalization and increasing public awareness: modern information tablets containing useful information for residents have been installed at 907 waste collection sites and 317 mahalla committee buildings. This initiative is aimed at increasing the transparency, convenience, and efficiency of interaction between the population and responsible services, as well as improving the sanitary condition of the city. The following information is located on the installed tablets:
- map of the mahalla and its boundaries
- location of all container sites for waste collection
- contact numbers for sector heads, the mahalla chairman, and the responsible persons assigned to the territory
- mahalla passport with the main characteristics
- contact details for drivers of "Maxsustrans" special machinery, as well as the schedule for waste arrival and removal
Thanks to the implementation of this system, residents gain quick access to up-to-date information, which contributes to improving communication between the population and municipal services, raising the level of public control, and helping maintain order and cleanliness in the capital.
