During the first 9 months of 2025, as part of the modernization and improvement of the waste management system, a set of measures was implemented to develop the material and technical base and sanitary infrastructure.

• 12 new waste collection sites have been built.
• Capital repairs were carried out on 60 sites;
• 60 modular container systems have been installed;
• 1,000 modern containers for solid waste collection have been purchased;
• 30 sites were dismantled and rebuilt in accordance with modern requirements;
• Video surveillance systems have been installed at 311 sites to monitor sanitary conditions and prevent violations.

Furthermore, the capital repair and landscaping of container areas transferred to the enterprise's balance from alternative service organizations are being carried out in stages according to a planned schedule. Particular attention is being paid to bringing these facilities into compliance with unified standards for operation, sanitary safety, and aesthetic design.
