Today, a working meeting was held in the administration's conference hall, dedicated to improving interaction with subscribers and increasing the efficiency of services provided.
During the event, current changes in the payment procedure were reviewed, as well as issues regarding the further improvement of the settlement system for household waste collection and removal services. Special attention was paid to organizing awareness-raising work among the population regarding the introduction of a mechanism for integrating household waste collection payments with electricity bills. The meeting participants were given appropriate instructions to strengthen information and outreach work, ensure timely informing of citizens about the innovations, and improve the quality of service for subscribers.
