To protect the environment, maintain sanitary well-being, and ensure the cleanliness of residential areas, it is strictly prohibited to dump waste in undesignated areas. According to Article 911 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, throwing garbage outside of specially designated areas entails an administrative fine for citizens. From August 1, 2025, the fine amount will be:

▪️ from 1 to 3 times the base calculated value (BCV) (from 412,000 to 1,236,000 soums).

Compliance with waste management regulations is the duty of every citizen and an essential condition for maintaining cleanliness, environmental safety, and a comfortable urban environment.
