To prevent and promptly identify environmental offenses, the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change has installed and commissioned 6 modern online video surveillance cameras in the city of Tashkent. The cameras are located in the following neighborhoods of the capital:
"Chimboy" district of the Almazar district;
"Zarkurgon" (16th quarter) of Chilanzar district;
"Diyor" (8th quarter) of Chilanzar district
"Fayzli" of Yangikhayot district;
"Sadoqat" of Sergeli district;
"Khamkorobod" of Yunusabad district.
Modern cameras have a 360-degree circular view, which allows for constant environmental monitoring and the recording of waste disposal in undesignated locations and other environmental violations.
The data obtained will help promptly identify offenders, document violations, and take appropriate measures within the framework of current legislation.
