The modern world is increasingly viewing waste not as useless waste, but as an important source of secondary raw materials and energy. According to experts, at least 60-70 percent of household waste can be recycled and returned to economic circulation. This allows not only to reduce the volume of waste disposal but also to use existing resources effectively.
Today, waste is rightly called a "concentrated source of raw materials," as it contains materials suitable for reuse: plastic, paper, glass, metal, and organic components. Their processing contributes to the conservation of natural resources, the reduction of environmental impact, and the development of a circular economy. Modern technologies for recycling waste into energy (Waste-to-Energy) are gaining particular importance. Such complexes allow for the generation of electrical and thermal energy from non-recyclable waste while simultaneously reducing the volume of waste sent to landfills. Large-scale projects are also being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan to introduce modern waste management technologies. The establishment of waste processing and energy production enterprises will be an important step toward environmental safety, rational use of resources, and the country's sustainable development.
Забота об отходах — это не только вопрос чистоты, но и возможность создать дополнительные источники энергии, новые рабочие места и более благоприятную экологическую среду для будущих поколений.
