On October 4, 2025, a videoconference meeting was held under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on issues of further improving the mahalla system and organizing effective work on the ground. At the meeting, special attention was paid to the cleanliness of the territories. It was noted that the cleanliness and well-being of a mahalla reflect the attitude of its residents, the "mahalla seven," and are an indicator of the hokim's activity. In this regard, at the initiative of our Head of State, a month of cleanliness and improvement has been declared throughout the republic.
