On August 14, 2026, the Constitutional Law "On the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was officially published. The law defines the legal status of the Presidential Administration, its main tasks, powers, and the procedure for organizing its activities.
In accordance with the law, the Presidential Administration ensures organizational, legal, and analytical support for the activities of the President, participates in coordinating the work of state bodies, and monitors and controls the implementation of the President's acts. Furthermore, the document defines the powers of the Head of the Presidential Administration and the procedure for issuing orders binding on relevant state bodies, organizations, and officials. The Constitutional Law enters into force on the day of its official publication.
