Today, a meeting was organized at the "Maxsustrans" State Unitary Enterprise with the participation of female employees of the enterprise, dedicated to ensuring gender equality and increasing the role of women in society.

As part of the event on the topic "Gender Equality in Society" a substantive dialogue took place with a gender specialist from the Project Implementation Group. During the meeting, topical issues regarding ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, increasing the social activity of women, and creating favorable conditions for their professional and personal development were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to the state policy in the field of gender equality, current legislative acts and regulatory legal documents aimed at protecting women's rights and ensuring equal opportunities in all spheres of life. The event participants were also briefed on the latest changes and innovations in this field.

The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue, during which the employees were able to get answers to their questions, exchange views and discuss important aspects of further improving gender culture and strengthening the principles of equality in the labor collective.
