In accordance with the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the date of November 11 — Uzbekistan Trade Unions Day — has been declared a national holiday and an official day off. This decision is aimed at further strengthening the role of trade union organizations in society, increasing attention to protecting the labor rights and social interests of workers, and recognizing the contribution of labor collectives to the country's development. Declaring this date a day off creates additional conditions for citizens to rest and emphasizes the importance of social partnership, fair labor relations, and respect for the person of labor.
