Tariffs for mandatory payment for household waste removal services are formed on an economically justified basis and are approved in stages by authorized state bodies in accordance with the established procedure. In the process of forming tariffs, factors such as the cost of services provided, production and operating costs, as well as measures aimed at ensuring the financial stability of enterprises, are taken into account. This process does not depend on the decision of an individual or organization, but is carried out based on current legislation, economic analysis, and regulatory legal acts.

The enterprise, being a business entity, carries out its activities on the principles of self-financing. In this regard, the balance of income and expenditures is primarily formed through payments from the population and funds received for services rendered.
