In 2021, due to a shortage of engineering and technical workers, maintenance personnel, and specialized equipment for repairing specialized machinery (garbage trucks) in use, the State Unitary Enterprise "Maxsutrans" placed an open application on the e.tender.uz platform to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of certain services. During this process, no advantages or privileges were granted to any entrepreneur. All interested business entities could freely participate in bidding and win orders based on market principles and competition.

The entrepreneurs mentioned in the publications received relevant orders solely based on the results of tender procedures. Throughout the entire period, not a single complaint or official objection was received from other bidders regarding the results of the conducted tenders.
