Reports are circulating on social media alleging delays in the payment of salaries to employees of the "Maxsustrans" State Unitary Enterprise. Regarding these publications, "Maxsustrans" SUE considers it necessary to provide an official explanation. To date, approximately 1,500 employees are employed at the "Maxsustrans" State Unitary Enterprise operating under the Tashkent City Khokimiyat. All necessary measures are being taken by the enterprise to ensure the timely and full fulfillment of wage payment obligations, as well as to ensure the social guarantees of employees.

The accrual and payment of wages are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 6, 2019, No. 95, as well as the provisions of the enterprise's current collective agreement. In accordance with the established procedure, wages are calculated and paid to employees once a month.
