Ismoil Sagdullayev, a deputy from the 23rd "Zarkaynar" electoral district in the Almazar district, studied the situation regarding the accumulation of construction waste in the "Shon-Shuhrat" mahalla. Following the completion of construction work, a significant volume of construction debris was not removed in accordance with established procedures for an extended period, resulting in waste accumulating in specific areas of the neighborhood streets. This not only deteriorated the appearance of the area but also created inconveniences and potential danger for pedestrians and road users.

Residents have repeatedly appealed to mahalla activists and relevant organizations regarding this matter. Not remaining indifferent to the citizens' problems, Deputy Ismoil Sagdullayev went to the scene, met with residents, and thoroughly studied the causes of the situation and its consequences. Taking into account the appeals and suggestions of the population, the deputy contacted the responsible organizations and initiated the adoption of necessary measures. As a result, special technical means and teams were involved, thanks to which construction waste was completely removed and the area was brought into proper sanitary condition.
