Throughout 2025, together with the State Unitary Enterprise "Maxsustrans - Production Department" and the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, systematic and targeted measures were carried out to recover accounts receivable from individuals for household waste collection and removal services.

As part of the work being carried out, measures were taken to promptly notify subscribers of debts, conduct explanatory work with the population, and resolve payment issues in accordance with the procedure established by law. Within the framework of joint measures aimed at improving payment discipline and reducing public accounts receivable, the following results were achieved during the reporting period:

More than 22,000 enforcement proceedings and materials have been studied; Debts totaling 16.6 billion soums were identified; 13.3 billion soums were actually recovered.
