As part of measures to ensure environmental safety and strengthen control over compliance with environmental legislation, 10,199 cases of environmental violations were identified across the republic during 2025. Based on the results of the inspections conducted:

In 2,421 cases, administrative liability measures and fines were applied to violators;
Regarding the remaining 7,778 violations, relevant procedures are being conducted and measures are being taken in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Most of the identified violations are related to the dumping of waste in undesignated areas, the formation of spontaneous landfills, and non-compliance with environmental legislation requirements.
