In several neighborhoods of the city, due to narrow streets and limited space, large-scale garbage trucks do not always have the opportunity to approach waste collection sites without hindrance. This creates certain inconveniences for both residents and organizations providing sanitary cleaning services. In order to improve the quality of public services and ensure the timely removal of waste, in November 2024, the State Unitary Enterprise "Maxsustrans" purchased three-wheeled electric scooters specifically designed for working in hard-to-reach areas with narrow streets.

Currently, this equipment is being successfully used to remove waste from mahallas in the Almazar district, where the use of large-scale transport is difficult. Practice has shown the high efficiency of electric scooters, which allow for the rapid collection of waste, improve the sanitary condition of territories, and increase convenience for residents. The use of environmentally friendly electric vehicles also contributes to reducing noise levels and reducing environmental impact, which aligns with modern principles of sustainable development and the "green" economy. Taking into account the positive results of operation, it is planned to increase the number of such electric scooters in the future and expand their scope of application in the activities of the "Maxsustrans" PU SUE to improve the quality and accessibility of waste removal services.
