Meetings were held in the district branches, and relevant instructions were given to the inspectors responsible for the recovery of accounts receivable from service consumers.
The main focus in this work is not only on the timely repayment of debts but also on establishing a constructive dialogue with the population. The inspectors were instructed to conduct explanatory work, carefully listen to citizens' appeals, study problems arising during payment for services, and assist in their resolution within the framework of current legislation. Such an approach allows for strengthening mutual understanding between service providers and consumers, increasing citizen trust, and ensuring more effective interaction with the population. Particular attention is paid to informing residents about the need to pay for services rendered on time, explaining their rights and obligations, as well as the consequences of accumulated debt.
