It was attended by council members, heads of city departments and organizations, and district khokims. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the State Unitary Enterprise "Maxsustrans" presented information on the measures being taken to combat corruption in the system. He noted that the organization has begun installing video recorders on all special equipment, and also emphasized that the human factor is being phased out during fuel refueling.

The Deputy Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department reported on measures to increase transparency and the results of preventive work. During the analyzed period, 20 inspections were conducted, and in 10 cases, violations related to corruption risks or improper performance of official duties were identified, for which appropriate measures were taken. The hokims of Uchtepa, Shaykhontokhur, and Sergeli districts presented reports on practical work to ensure openness in the activities of khokimiyats, reduce corruption risks, and improve interaction with the public. The heads of the Tax, Health, Preschool, and School Education departments also provided information on the measures being implemented in their structures to combat corruption.

During the meeting, current problems, their factors, prevention mechanisms, as well as proposals aimed at further strengthening transparency and systemic work to combat corruption were discussed.
