Working with citizen appeals and the prompt resolution of emerging issues remains one of the priority areas of activity for the responsible services. Residents of houses No. 40/1 and No. 40/2, located on Munis Street in the "Parvona" mahalla of the Mirobod district, appealed regarding water supply issues related to the maintenance of container sites for household waste collection.

To study the situation in detail, specialists went to the scene and held a meeting with residents. During the dialogue, citizens were provided with the necessary explanations regarding the essence of the appeal, as well as the norms of current legislation and the procedure for resolving such issues. Following the review of the appeal, an agreement was reached with the head of the servicing management company to take necessary measures and resolve the raised issue positively.
