Waste recycling - a modern solution for environmental protection

A new project to obtain fuel from waste will be implemented in Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the cooperation agreement with "Vision International Investment" (VIIC) of Saudi Arabia and "Suez International" of France, a promising project for the management of hazardous industrial waste will be developed and implemented. The total cost of the project is $78 million.

The project will be implemented in three stages. At the first stage, it is planned to create complexes for the stabilization of waste and their placement at landfills, as well as the construction of regional transfer stations. The second stage involves developing a pre-engineering project and testing the waste fuel production equipment, the combustion unit, and the heat treatment enterprise. At the third stage, it is planned to build and launch a full-scale facility for obtaining fuel from waste and thermal processing.
